微创拔牙术对患者不适感程度及牙槽骨愈合的影响观察(1)

     摘要:目的 观察与研究微创拔牙术对患者不适感程度及牙槽骨愈合的影响状况。方法 选取2015年2月~2016年3月于本院进行阻生齿拔除治疗的104例患者,将其随机分为对照组(传统拔牙术组)52例和观察组(微创拔牙术组)52例,然后将两组患者术后不同时间的疼痛程度、牙槽骨骨密度及血清抗PgIgG、拔牙窝完整率、并发症发生率进行比较。结果 观察组术后12 h、24 h及48 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,术后1个月、2个月、3个月、4个月、5个月及6个月的牙槽骨骨密度均高于对照组,术后1个月、2个月、3个月、4个月、5个月及6个月的血清抗PgIgG均低于对照组,拔牙窝完整率好于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论 微创拔牙术可显著改善患者的不适感程度,且在牙槽骨愈合中也有积极的临床作用,因此其在此类患者中的应用價值较高。

    Abstract:Objective To observe and study the effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction on the degree of discomfort and alveolar bone healing.Methods From February 2015 to March 2016,104 cases of impacted tooth extraction in patients treated in our hospital,they were randomly divided into control group(traditional extraction group)52 cases and observation group(minimally invasive surgery group)52 cases,then the degree of pain, alveolar bone density,serum anti PgIgG,the rate of complete extraction and complications were compared between the two groups at different times after operation.Results The observation group after 12 h,24 h and 48 h pain scores were lower than the control group,after 1 month,2 months,3 months,4 months,5 months and 6 months,the bone mineral density of alveolar bone were higher than the control group,the serum for 1 month,2 months,3 months,4 months and 5 months after surgery and 6 months of anti PgIgG were lower than the control group,the complete rate of extraction is better than the control group,with incidence rate lower than the control group,P<0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery can significantly improve the patient's discomfort,and also has active clinical role in alveolar bone healing,therefore,it is of higher value in such patients.

    阻生齿拔牙术的临床应用率较高,临床与拔牙术相关的研究也较多,而随着临床对于创伤控制及需求程度的提升,微创拔牙术的应用率不断提升,同时与微创拔牙术相关的各方面研究也不断增多,研究面也不断扩宽。同时,牙槽骨愈合作为有效评估微创程度及术后愈合效果的重要指标[1],其评估价值也较高。本文中我们就微创拔牙术对患者不适感程度及牙槽骨愈合的影响状况进行观察与研究,结果总结报道如下。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1一般资料

    选取2015年2月~2016年3月于本院进行阻生齿拔除治疗的104例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(传统拔牙术组)52例和观察组(微创拔牙术组)52例。对照组中男30例,女22例,年龄20~37岁,平均年龄(25.2±4.0)岁,阻生水平:高位者16例,中位者20例,低位者16例;其中左侧32例,右侧20例。观察组中男31例,女21例,年龄20~36岁,平均年龄(25.5±3.9)岁,阻生水平:高位者16例,中位者20例,低位者16例;其中左侧31例,右侧21例。两组阻生齿拔除治疗患者的基本资料数据比较,P>0.05,具有可比性。, 百拇医药(陈红捷)
